The editor is different depending on whether you are sending a broadcast or sending an automated SMS message via a campaign.

The editor can also change depending on if you are sending an abandoned checkout  or an order paid message.

Abandoned checkout

This is what the editor may look like if you are creating or editing an abandoned checkout message.

Click on First name to insert the customer first name in the message.

Click Checkout URL to open a dialog allowing you to insert the abandoned cart url and add a discount to it allowing them to recover their cart where they left.

If you want to add a discount code to the cart, you can select it here.

You can also redirect the user to your store instead of the checkout page. (not recommended for beginners) -- We suggest to use the default

Default editor

By default this is what the editor looks like. 

Click on First name to insert the customer first name in the message.

Click Discount to open a dialog allowing you to insert a link to your store and add a discount.

If you want to add a discount code to the customers cart, you can select it here.

You can also redirect the customer to any page on your store.
Please note: We do not support external URL.

Then click on Add discount link to add the link in your message.

Preview message

To preview the message or show the full-size editor, click on the icon in the bottom right of the editor.

A new modal will open.

You can preview the text message directly on the right and you can edit the message on the left.

Note: In the full-size editor, you can also use our emoji picker by clicking on the emoji icon.
